BidBuilder Universal Construction provides general construction organization, drafting, estimating support, project-planning support, customer-communication support, and business guidance.

BidBuilder does not provide legal, architectural, engineering, inspection, accounting, or licensed trade services. Outputs may contain errors, incomplete information, or assumptions that require verification.

4. Photographs and Preliminary Information

Photographs, notes, transcripts, and user descriptions provide incomplete evidence and cannot establish all existing or concealed conditions.

BidBuilder should not be used to issue a guaranteed fixed‑price estimate from photographs alone without sufficient field verification and project‑specific information.

5. Estimates, Proposals, and Contracts

Estimates are preliminary unless independently verified and formally adopted by the responsible contractor.

Users are responsible for confirming labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment, permits, fees, disposal, overhead, profit, contingency, access, and schedule assumptions.

Contract drafts, legal clauses, warranty language, cancellation terms, and dispute provisions must be reviewed by a licensed attorney in the applicable jurisdiction before use.

6. Safety and Compliance

Users must not use BidBuilder to:

  • Misrepresent licensing, insurance, experience, warranties, or credentials

  • Recommend or perform unsafe work
  • Circumvent applicable laws or building requirements
  • Make deceptive statements to customers or other parties

7. No Professional Relationship

Use of BidBuilder does not create an attorney-client, architect-client, engineer-client, inspector‑client, accountant‑client, or licensed‑contractor relationship with Simply AI to Z.

8. Third-Party Platforms

BidBuilder may be accessed through third‑party platforms such as ChatGPT or Codex. Use of those platforms is also governed by the applicable third party's terms, privacy policies, account settings, and availability.

Simply AI to Z does not control and is not responsible for interruptions, changes, account restrictions, output handling, or other actions taken by third‑party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

The BidBuilder name, plugin materials, workflow materials, Simply AI to Z branding, website content, and original materials provided by Simply AI to Z are protected by applicable intellectual‑property laws.

Users retain responsibility for information and materials they provide. Users may use BidBuilder outputs for their legitimate business and project purposes, subject to applicable laws and third‑party rights.

10. No Guarantee

BidBuilder and the Simply AI to Z website are provided on an as-available basis. Simply AI to Z does not guarantee that every output will be complete, accurate, current, code‑compliant, profitable, error‑free, or suitable for a particular project.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for professional judgment, project decisions, contracts, customer commitments, construction work, and reliance on AI‑generated output.

12. Changes and Availability
